With the purchase of an Epson Preferred Plus Return for Repair Commercial Service and Support Plan ("Plan" or "Agreement"), you ("Customer") will receive expert technical support and repair from Epson or an Epson authorized service center of your Product's hardware issue cannot be remedied over the phone.
This Plan document, along with your receipt for the purchase of the Plan, governs the Service that you will receive from us to protect your Product.
